Then I removed a few thousand pounds of concrete and brick chimney because I wanted more room on my kitchen and better access to my stereo in my gym .
Lifting 5 gallon buckets of the chimney and jackhammering for 24 hours totally fked with my tendonitis , so I had to quit lifting again since last October.
The tendons in my right arm were so inflamed I couldn’t tilt a full glass of water pain wise .
Then on December 28 i fell off my ladder in my garage and fell to the concrete enflaming my foot . I still can’t walk to well yet and it’s been over 3 months .
I probably should have got it X-rayed but I didn’t want to sit in emergency for 15 hours . I didn’t have any extreme sharp pain , just terrible dull pain , so I didn’t think it was broken , but I’m getting ahold of my doctor in a few weeks and seeing if I can’t get an X-ray .
Other than that I’m great lol . Still above ground for now
The foot day 2 . The knees still fking with me also . It got bruised on the inside of the knee from impact .
Hopefully next year I can get back to using my gym srs
