I was less worried about it before they purged all non sycophants from military leadership

I’m not really worried about that, it wouldn’t make us look any worse than we already do.

And Regardless, we’re going to end up paying to fix all this shit.

The last time I was concerned that the US might nuke a country was in the immediate aftermath of 911, while people were still wandering around shocked and before the general vibe of 'Bin Laden is in Afghanistan, the Taliban needs to hand him over'.

The danger is higher here. I'd still bet against it happening but only grocery money not serious money.

I don't think that's the whole story though. On the pro-Israel side, they simply bribe many US officials. This is made easier with the vast quantity of money that the US (Dems and GOP) routinely sends them to buy US-made weapons.

Also there are senior US officials who thought that this was a good way of cutting off oil to Chyna, crippling their economy.

Also there are crazy evangelicals in the US govermment who think an apocalyptic war in the Middle East is a good thing because it hastens the rapture.

Also Trump just generally has a hard-on for Iran. Also he has an obsession with getting control of oil. Also ever since Venezuela he was under the impression that can just wave the magic dick of the US military and get whatever he wants.

TL;DR lots of people in Trump's ear telling him to do something that he wanted to do.

The fact he even mentioned Israel in that statement speaks volumes. They are obviously the ones pulling the strings, something that's been the unspoken part of this all along. Now it's out there clearly for people to see.

If anyone drops a nuke it should be on that piece of shit country.

Turns out that the supposed rescue operation of the downed pilot is a giant fabrication. The US sent in special forces to seize nuclear material from Iran and it was an epic failure, hence the blown up planes and helicopters.

Is there a single thing that the American side has been honest about in this war?

To be fair, you can't really be honest about the actual tactics and results of executing a war when they're in the middle of it. You can assume what you're told is propaganda until there's good reason to believe it's not.

Kind of like those pictures. Is it common to bring your Amex card on a covert mission to seize nuclear material from a foreign country?

I'd say it is common. Not unusual for people to bring their wallets with them on missions.

Did she bring her purse too? Da fuq was she going to buy?

I dunno, seems odd even if it was a civilian, but I'd like to know more.

Even after being shot down and hiding in the rocks of an Iranian mountain peak, women still have to get some shopping in. Deals come and go fast.

The thing is, this is a perfectly reasonable proposal. If Trump doesn't grab it quickly, it's pretty obvious who's actually pulling the strings here, because Israel could easily be told to stop what they're doing and go the fuck away.

I can't imagine there's anyone around him except maybe for loony tune Hegseth who wouldn't tell him to take it.

You'd like to hear more Iranian propaganda before you make up your mind on whether to believe more Iranian propaganda??

Nothing to see hear folks, these good hearted people are just against the war and arent hiding behind it to push their own anti-American propaganda at all..

Yep. If you add all the propaganda together and do some retard math you get a rough approximation of the truth, +/- 100%. Which is good enough to argue about on the mostly world wide web before we end the Iranian civilization forever on tonight's 8 PM episode of ePiC fUrY.

“A whole civilisation will die tonight”

Trump sounds more and more like how American movies stereotyped Kim Jong Il 20 years ago. Even down to exaggerated golf feats/scores. Just need a rendition of “I’m So Ronery” to complete the picture.

Sometimes the only way to liberate a people from an oppressive regime is genocide. Only people that hate america and democracy disagree

You understand Trump talk as much as anyone.

Right there in his new tweet he gave himself an out.

My advise to Trump, declare victory and leave.

I don’t find it odd. I had my wallet on me with all of my ID’s and debit/credit cards while conducting patrols during my combat deployment, and that was on the ground. People are going to bring their ID’s with them wherever they go, and sometimes its easiest to do so in a wallet or whatever method of carrying cards people normally use.

Not so much about having to use the cards, but just a convenient way to carry important items. I didn’t like taking my military ID out of my wallet because i felt it would increase my chances of losing it.

The $2 Million dollars per ship thing I think would be a no go, if Trump goes for it he's a total cuck. You can't ever let Iran have control over the strait like that.
