There are 3 Wendy's between my house and the gym. I stopped by all of them. It was a good thing that I did because one of them was out of frosties. I asked them if I could get just the fries and they said no. Very braindead employees. I'm not complaining because that's about what to expect from fast food, plus it was free, I'm just saying. Also, one of the places didn't bother asking which flavor of frosty, just handed me a chocolate. That was lucky though because the chocolate tasted a lot better than the vanilla.

I later looked up the calories and they're about 300 calories a pop for each or 1200 calories for 2x2 which is a crazy amount for such a small amount of food. No wonder why people get so fat. I substituted the fries for rice with my meal prep meat and veggies and ate around 900 calories of the g0yslop which was absolutely fine for post workout for me.

Also, I tried the dunking fries in frosty thing. It wasn't bad but it wasn't good either.
