My 600-lb Life star Dolly Martinez has died at just 30 years old.



This is what her daily reality looked like plates piled high with eggs, sausage, bread, and more, while she struggled to even take a few bites. Her sister had to keep bringing fresh food because one plate wasn’t enough.

Dolly’s body was over 700 pounds. She was only 30.

The show followed her journey, but the truth is brutal: years of extreme eating caught up to her.

Was thinking this. What kind of messed up family members do this? I'd give her 10 grams of lettuce, a tomato and a bottle of water each day. Take away her phone etc and lock the bedroom door. Come back once a day till she is normal weight.
