lol why do these slumlord chuds do this ?

My human left the apartment just like how they moved in and cleaned up really really well

Don’t they know if California it’s cheaper to follow the law instead of trying to ghost with the deposit ?

Now you have to pay 3x the amount 😂

What should we spend the 12k on ?

Almost every apartment complex will find a way to keep your deposit. Some of them are just calling it a move in fee now.
