Update.

So I assigned a bunch of papers, purchase agreement thing and went over the timeline. Contacted my loan agent today or whatever you call them. Will begin Escrow soon. I was told the whole escrow process take 30-45 days or so. Guess I'll finally get the keys in early June.

Just a little update

-Got conditional approve of my loan. Pretty much means, if nothing happens, I'm approved.

-Got the house inspected some notable problems.


-Sidewalk cracks
-slight water damage due to irrigation system hitting exterior of house.
- Master bathroom door lock is on the wrong side. Water heater is due to be replaced in 5 years. But the water heater has been flushed and had maintenance on it and since it's a solar water heater, they usually last longer than regular ones.
- Bedroom windows fogging, not a big issue but a cosmetic one. Parts of gutter has holes in it but works properly.
