Hard maxes:
- Hair transplant with 2900 grafts on the crown and 1100 on the hairline
Soft maxes
- Trying to reduce cortisol as much as possible which means doing as little at work as possible, 8 hours of sleep no matter what, abandoning career and wage cuck aspirations, daily nature and sunlight, meditation, avoiding pushing myself too hard in the gym or with anything really
- Prioritizing gut health by eating kefir, bone broth and sauerkraut daily
- Retin-A daily
- Trying to avoid alcohol and all drugs
- Microneedling face monthly and at a lighter depth weekly
- Red light mask daily
- Dutasteride and oral minoxidil
- 10k steps
Future plans:
I may use peptides in the future specifically GHK-CU … was thinking of Reta but I find it super easy to stay lean without it
Will also go to a stylist when transplant grows in and have it professionally dyed to get rid of greys
May experiment with more invasive collagen induction interventions beyond microneedling for example a chemical peel and may use Botox for forehead wrinkles
May look into a more primal diet … one that focuses on raw milk, meat and fruit but I’m not too well versed in any research that supports this diet

I love it sooooo much
I need to go back because I used to get Botox 2-3 times a year but then took a few years break.

I looksmaxxed for the better part of my life lifting, staying lean, styling my hair, shaving my body hair, etc. all for that model magazine appearance and it didn't do shit for me.
Once I hit 35 I've kind of given up the last 4 years or so. It's still embedded in my lifestyle so I kind of yo-yo in and out of putting in the effort to switching out of it for a bit to rot then repeating the cycle.
So I'm probably not in full rot mode but I'm trending that way. I can guarantee you though looksmaxxing doesn't do shit.

"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

Sunmaxxing in Florida with a German heritage creates a serious tan.
Eating mostly wild game for protonz with tendons intact allows for jawmaxxin, super srs noticeable difference.
Staying under 15% bodyfat.
Lifting heavy and taking a multi.
Everything is just healthy living mostly for the sake of better gym performance honestly.

If you really wanted to looksmax, I think the trick would be to get in as much upper body volume in as possible, eat as little as possible, and do as much cardio as possible.

A better method is to manage calories and go on walks.
Upper body important but really only upper back and side delts.

What we can observe from athletes in sports where cardio is a big factor and what I can personally attest to from experience is that hard cardio where you actually push yourself does something that leans you out that goes beyond just calories out.
This is too broad a generalization and an oversimplification but a way to put it is, CICO determines how much you weigh and if you cut calories, you will lose weight, but you'll make yourself a smaller version of yourself and it's ultimately a wheel spin. The fat burned from hard cardio on the other hand is making you a leaner version of yourself. Leaner vs smaller.
Balding is death. If you have no hair, you have no life.

I believe in taking care of myself, and a balanced diet and a rigorous exercise routine. In the morning, if my face is a little puffy, I'll put on an ice pack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now. After I remove the ice pack, I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower, I use a water activated gel cleanser. Then a honey almond body scrub. And on the face, an exfoliating gel scrub. Then apply an herb mint facial mask, which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an aftershave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion. There is an idea of a The Parish, some kind of abstraction, but there is no real me. Only an entity, something illusory. And though I can hide my cold gaze, and you can shake my hand and feel flesh gripping yours and maybe you can even sense our life styles are probably comparable, I simply am not there.

Yeah I got it once and it completely cleared my forehead wrinkles.
