I steamed it in a pan. Did the ribeye in a pan for 3 min per side then tossed it in the oven with butter on top for 5 more min

You don't need any sauce when it's cooked it butter in the pan. Then you pour the butter and drippings over it, and it's fucking delicious.

I like to keep my food groups separated. It will probably be a while before I eat pizza again, because I'm deep into my cut at this point. Don't even crave pizza on potential cheat days. There's a new grocery store that just opened up near me, and they have $8 12oz high quality ribeyes and $6.99 Niman Ranch ground beef(which is like the best ground beef ever). I spent $50 today, and might go back again tomorrow because the steak was fucking delicious.

Like I said, there's a new grocery store that just opened and they have $8 12oz ribeyes, and I'm going back tomorrow and will buy like 5 more of them. Will eat steak and broccoli every day for a week. I'm in the deepest part of my cut now, and if I keep the current setup going I can just melt fat off.

Das it. I cant wait to see that thickness....the solid frame....the tightness.

What was you precut weight? Goal weight? Test weekly dose?

My precut weight was about 255, and since I started I've added probably 10 pounds of muscle back after taking time off lifting from a surgery in January. Still about 255, but belly is much smaller and arms and shoulders way bigger. Realistically I'll look really good at anything below 240, but I'm pretty dialed in with everything in my life right now, so I might as well do a proper cut. Ideal weight for me is something like 225-230. I'm kinda in a unique place right now with no injuries and my work isn't super stressful and I have a ton of money and few responsibilities, so I can literally focus on just cutting. If I can get below 240 by June 1st, I think that would be perfect.

I don't have a grill. My last one broke, and I never replaced it. I would never cook steak on the grill anyways, much better in a pan in the oven.

"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

I just saw a commercial for 50% off menu priced pizzas, so they might get me for a cheat meal sometime in the next month.
