Yep i've posted proof there's more muscle in my right forearm than most miscers have in their entire bodies

my arms are fucking jacked. Hammer curls every day, literally (biceps shoulders etc but i primarily focus on forearms)

My grip strength is insane, i could strangle the majority of these non-lifting miscers with ease and ragdoll them
