Nah, females in Argentina aren't great nowadays. They really got hit hard over the past 10 years by leftwing politics, and every girl has a ton of tattoos and aren't nearly as attractive.

In terms of the overall package, I think I'd say Venezuelans. However, I also love Colombians. And girls from Panama are great as well, as they love Americans.

It really depends on what you think is hottest. Argentina is basically European girls that came from Spain or something along those lines. Girls from Spain can be very hot too but not in the latina way I like.

Colombia has Paisas from Medellin, Rolas from Bogota, and Calenas from Cali. They have different climates and can look completely different. I prefer the Paisa girl look all day. That jet black silky hair and skin tone they have is alluring.

The only Peruvian girls I've met were similar to Paisa but just not as hot. Just have money. I believe Colombia leads the world in webcam crap, escorting and prostitution is legal in all these places. As long as you're not disgusting and some Ron Jeremy looking dude and have money I'm sure plenty would date with the expectation you give them money and keep them up. If you want a good one you'd probably need to meet them at a normal setting like you would here like a Spanish class, a group, or a mall or something. My understanding is most girls in those countries don't go out alone. They go with their brothers and sisters who are very protective of them, and really don't like gringos trying to score pussy from their sister. You'd have to do traditional dating with them.
