Weight loss is like a roll of paper towels......

You don't really notice the roll getting smaller when ripping offf the first few sheets, but once you get to the end there's a big difference each time you rip one off.

This is why it's important to stay the course. As someone who is beginning to enter the "vinegar strokes" of my cut, the last 2 months of hard work and dieting is all beginning to pay off. I'm actually planninng to keep this going throughout the month of May, and then hopefully within another 3-4 weeks I can kinda take my foot off the gas.

You can lose weight eating sausage mcmuffins. As long as it fits your macros.

Yeah buddy. Im done with my cut. Now im rebound dieting back.
I had such high TDEE from the 400g carbs diet. So just 14ish days at 2500cals absolutely melt the fat off.

Once I'm actually at my end goal, I'll consider posting a body pic. Probably won't be there until mid Summer.

Is it common to always be in a state of trying to lose weight and get lean?

Why not just stay lean all year around.

Most years I'm pretty good about this, but I had surgery on my wrist in January so the combo of the holidays then no serious workouts for another 6 weeks did a number on me.

However, the weight loss is going quicker than expected.
