You need to drop your ego and convince them you are EXTREMELY remorseful and doing everything you can to make reparations, even though it's not true, you need to convince them that it is. If they think you are just pretending it will not work. Relying on one thing is stupid unless you think you can get another job easy then just disregard my advice.

Called the union and theyre supposed to call back within an hour.

Shop steward called me and said its possible you have a hearing tonight so i might know by tonight.

Shop steward said from him speaking to the manager its 50/50 im gone. Its basically if THEY want you gone. He said they have all the video evidence they have so its clear cut and they cant really defend you but they might be able to work it down to a suspension. He said the worst charge is the theft of time. He said they clearly have me recording during work hours and that will be the hardest to dedend. He said the harassment isnt that big of a deal it happens a lot in this enviroment. I asked if its 70/30 if im gone he said nah a true 50/50 but since i have a clean work history with bo behavioral issies or write ups this will help

I don't know what to say except a lot of drama around Mario which puts him in a bad position. I don't know how he is at work but that one post where he got into it with some dude was the lulz. Even if he's good at his job, being a primadonna makes you "we don't like him around", and this fuks a lot of people's careers. We let go of a guy the other week over this, just always making noise and acting like a big baby disrupting the workplace. Being union is tough because unless he can find another union job, nobody will hire ex-union because they are hard to deal with.

Update : just got off the phone with the hall.

I have a hearing tonight.

Buisness agent said repeated what i know says my clean work history helps big time but the video evidence of me stealing time and recorsinf while working will be difficult but hell tey ro defend me.
