Do you bother with glucosamine tablets for joints?

Some studies say it works, some say it isnt. But it is cheap.

You brahs take it esp since you lift, or just a waste of money?

i would look into boron - it's a molecule of borax (it's a trace mineral/salt) - which was banned in the 1960s for human consumption - though now it's just pushed as a chemical for laundry

if you believe the conspiracy theory back then - a guy used it to treat people that had bad joints/arthritis forming (calcification within the joints that form on the ball and wear out the socket - like the knee - this supposedly also improves general bone health (even stops tooth decay over time as teeth are a bone, which loose this trace mineral over decades, so teeth become weaker, and stops osteoporosis potentially happening.)

anyhow, he took it to big pharma to try and get it approved for mass production - and of course the FDA/or whatever it was - banned it. as that would be a healed customer and we cannot have that. we need those expensive surgeries/treatments etc

i though bought a 1kg bag online years back and would take a pinch every other day or so on and top for a couple of years. never had an issue, still half half a bag, i think it improves blood circulation to as was waking up with a super hard-on.

Fish oil or krill oil

Also take 8000iu D3, 360mcg K2 and 400mg magnesium which helps greatly with bone strength; testosterone also assists with bone density
