sorry for your friend but it doesn’t actually make it longer, but it makes your boners stronger so maximizes whatever you have naturally, example the other night was fapping and felt like mine was super powerful so whipped out tape measure and it was brushing the 11.5 mark, but it sometimes did that even back before I tried the red light on a good day

I like using the wand which I got for like 10 dollars before this, the mask is cheaper than 200-300 dollar ones, not as strong but great for glow lol

Red light is very good for you and can be very effective. Whether a panel or mask you want to make sure to get one with high red and NIR. Be careful with blue light it can cause hyperpigmentation. I have a panel with red and blue light but only use the red. I also have the Higher Dose mask.
