Have you ever used klarna or any other buy now, pay later services?

Klarna stock is $5.5 billion. 3 years ago, nobody knew what klarna was and all this buy now pay later stuff has only been around a couple years.

Supposedly, this is why the economy doesn't look so bad when u go out rn.

I used it to buy a Gibson Les Paul two years ago just for the fun of it. It worked well. I want to say it was $200 a week for eight weeks.

u financed a guitar u didnt need that only costed $1600?

what made u think u needed it at the time of purchase?

I could have paid for it out right no problem. I could have bought a 50 of them, no lie, at the time. I didn't pay interest on it. It was straight payments with zero interest.


But regrettably I didn't need it and rarely play it anymore. :(

breaking up the price into payments and making it seem cheaper must rly be getting to ppl

tbf now that i think about it, i bought my current phone on split payments and totally forgot about it

Ngl, it did help swallow the whole sum a lot easier. I rarely buy large things. Since I last misked, I sold my big expensive house, downsized to a smaller house. I paid cash for that. I had three paid vehicles, two of which are 2023. So no debt and a cash flow of 80k sitting at the house. We just bought a 2022 GT-H Mustang. I didn't pay cash for it because it was like 4% interest. We will pay it off in a year probably.
