He's right. Comedy is dead. There is no originality or creativity anymore. This is just not funny. Same thing with late night. I remember in college when we had things like the Daily Show and Colbert Report. Genuine comedy and originality.

That sandyhook court case was trash

Weaponized the legal system with brainwashed liberal judges

It's their responsibility to prove that Alex Jones knew 100 percent what he said was false and that he did not believe Sandy Hook was a hoax. So they legally had to prove what Alex was thinking in his head which is near impossible and Alex has had a 20 year history of conspiracies but this time he didn't believe this conspiracy but was just being mean

Then they have to prove legal liability by Alex for his supposed listeners harassing these families. They have to prove these harassers were all brainwashed by Alex to attack the families. If you noticed all big tech gets immunity for anyone coordinating crimes on their platforms

But they said Alex is responsible for his supposed listeners attacking people without any proof

i heard about that court case and there were some outrageous numbers. i think he was ordered to pay one billion or something?

i don't understand how a judge can come to that kind of number. ok sure, Alex Jones does have influence with people, and maybe his followers caused harm. but even then, Alex Jones does not have complete control of his followers.

even if the harm caused was substantial, how does it equate to one billion dollars? i feel like one million would be more reasonable punishment. it sounds like the judge was being really punitive and wanted to destroy this man.

Agreed. The punishment didn’t fit the crime. People hate on AJ but the only time he’s ever missed was sandy hook. And he was just voicing his opinion

Even one million would've been harsh WTF at some of the judges in America if anything it makes me think he was right about sandy hook but even if he wasn't he was just venting his opinions so some his viewers attacked (verbally attacked) and maybe sent a pizza or 2 to their house big fukin deal like he has any control over what his audience does
