Tired All the Time in Your Mid 30s and 40s?
if u feel tired all the time
u think it's stress at home and work plus the kids messing up your sleep
maybe poor nutrition too since your diet has not been great
or maybe too much caffeine ?
but ..
then u sleep well
eat great
work out
and STILL u are tired ..
then u realise
it's because u are OLD not tired
and u can't make old go away
that ship has sailed
hit me like a brick wall many years ago and yes i'm still tired
just keep truckin' on boys we rest in the grave

I've always felt tired, didn't matter my life cicumstances or lifestyle, always had to sleep like 10 hours each night to feel rested.

I am 40 and I do not feel this way.
I think diet and working out are important, however I would def incorporate meditating as well.
Your mind/body mechanism will do whatever you command it to. Literally.

Nah, I actually have mostly the same energy at age 40 that I had back in my 20s. Obviously my environment is different, so maybe not as many pressures to go out and do things all the time. But when I want to do things, I have plenty of energy to do it.

Am 46. Work stress hits me like a ton of bricks everyday. I workout, eat semi-decent, no alcohol, my only vice is caffeine, and I feel like a walking corpse.

I quit caffeine about a month ago and am less tired
Could be placebo though because I had read a bunch of stuff on quitting caffeine and being less tired prior to quitting

I'm in my late 20s and tired all the time. It's from wage slaving though.
