If something substantive happens that increases security for both partners and helps the middle class then it'll be successful. Two days is very little time to accomplish much. Most likely, both sides will say nice things about each other and agree to cooperate but nothing will substantively change.

As far as data centers, they should receive no government subsidies and any increase in electricity should be covered by them. I think it should be pretty obvious that the billionaires should cover the cost, not the middle class
