People have their reasons for not wanting to post pics and I respect that. I would never give anyone a hard time for not posting pics. I was a coach in the fitness industry for years so I had pics. You want people to hire you as a coach you need to prove you can walk the walk...nothing more...

Yall can get an after. I’m like borderline middle aged frumpy couch potato I need to lose like 15 lbs and I think I’ll lean more into thick bitch . 185 is perfect if I’m in at least some decent shape when it happens.
I’m worried I have to go into a deeper calorie deficit :( most days im doing 1600-1800 but I’m plateaud at 220. I would rather add walking like 6 miles a day over eating less. I don’t think I can eat less without it affecting how I feel in a bad way.

1600-1800 u are def losing weight at 220 do not go lower instead double check that u are counting everything correctly calories are everywhere i would not increase steps either

remember also honey feeling great = looking great stick it out this is where most give up u got this think how great u will feel slipping into a tight dress just a tall snack men will be drooling u can pick anyone u want

I eat . 60 g oats, 100 g blueberries, 31 g whey protein every morning, lunch I have quinoa or rice a 100-140 grams, a protein serving - normally a can of tuna or salmon or tofu, and a veggie, dinner is basically the same but instead of rice or quinoa I might have potatoes or yams, 170 g meat, and a veggie , snack is always the same - 170 g plain Greek yogurt, 15 g whey, 100 g blueberries
I think my cheat meals might be fucking me over. I don’t have them much but I’m a big back eater lol. I think I need to up my activity levels. I don’t want to get rid of the fuck it days

Although when I have cheat days I do skip breakfast the next day or will try to make up for it. Idk
