Half way through at around 13 mins and I have to pause the video and chime in.

You will not look good at 140/160 at 6ft tall brah. Way too thin.

You should be around 185, 13 percent body fat srs

You need to be gaining strength while losing weight. It is impossible not to look better doing this.

I can kinda tell its not gonna work by the tone and cadence of your voice. im not trying to dissuade you but I don't think you understand what it really means. I'm the only one at least on this forum who does. by this I mean probabilities.

if you look at that autist clavicular he already had a good base and most importantly the correct face to get better looking. most people don't get better looking they get different-looking. its hard for the simple minded normie to understand this nuance. I say if you are gonna try to get better at whatever...do it for its own sake...maybe as a challenge for yourself rather than for validation.

Of course if your goal is maybe get a 6 instead a woman rated a 4...then it might work.
