What’s your favorite Rich Piana video?

I was at my brother’s house for a few days watching their house while they were away, and they have HBO Max and Netflix, and Disney+, as well as YouTube.

I spent about 8 or 9 hours a day watching Rich Piana videos, among other things. I just couldn’t get into anything else.

They know I watch bodybuilding videos, my nephew was surprised at all of the stuff I started to watch but couldn’t get into, like superhero movies I’ve seen multiple times before. I like the Rich Piana videos where he’s training with other people

i liked the video where he was sitting on his throne, and talked about how he ate nothing but white rice to go on a cut. it was kind of like the kempner diet, or low fat/protein diet that got popular earlier last year.

I just had their big screen television on YouTube watching Rich Piana videos 8 hours a day for a few days. I really couldn’t focus on a regular film on HBO Max or Disney+, I tried watching Indiana Jones but couldn’t get into it so I switched it back to Rich Piana.
