The dumb fk that I am just got diagnosed with diabetes type 2 . Gotta go on insulin asap . I only have myself to blame , but srs my injuries really made it difficult to stay active. If I had half a brain I should have watched my diet very carefully till I could go for walks and pump iron again , but the damage is done , and it’s permanent.
Sure going to miss getting rinsed and chocolate ded srs

Yes that was not helping , but it happened the day after my Bday . Unfortunately I got into the whiskey after saying I’d never drink it again.

You can tell immediately, as there’s this really weird gross feeling that it gives you . Hard to explain, but it’s there

Dude that is intense. Pretty scary too. I knew about some of the stuff you posted, just didn't realize it was alot easier to get than what I thought.

Sorry about the chitty feeling that comes along with it. Didn't know that part. Hope you get better and managing it isn't too burdensome.

I was at 10.0 four hours ago and felt like chit . The high limit is 7.0 mmol/L . Did my first leg workout since last October a few hours ago and it dropped to a perfect level of 5.0 . Anything below 4.0 is nasty , and causes hypoglycaemia, super brutal .
Anyways , I can’t pump iron all day but it really seems to help .

Btw increasing muscle supposably helps with type 2 diabetes. I’m hoping my tendonitis will cope , but it’s still burning pretty bad when I do upper body
