It going good. I rode 30 miles on my bike today, and also did a 30 minute incline walk in the middle of the ride. Weather is going to be between 70-80 for the next 10 days, so I'm going to try to ride about 250 miles during this time and thinking I'll be in really good shape when its finished. Looking forward to it.

One of the most common mistakes with participles has to be the verb "drink"

The participle is actually "drunk". I haven't drunk booze in a week

Another verb where people often have trouble with the participle is "run". I haven't run in four days. Many people say "ran", but it's only for the simple past, like "drank"
