Did your quest for a pump become an addiction?

Similar to a craving for caffeine, does the desire for a pump overwhelm you to the point where you can’t skip weight training workouts?

There was a time in my life when it was an obsession. It was the most important thing. For a long time.

I am trying to get back in that mindset.

I take citrulline all the time, but just for nitric oxide

I take beta alanine for fun all day too just to see what it does. Apparently It's for massive pumps. It's a precursor to carnosine

I was big dosing creatine for a few weeks but forgot to continue recently. I just had 10 grams a few minutes ago and I'll have some more tonight

Caffeine I don't need since I drink several cups of coffee each morning and some matcha every day

Pumps are a result of training for your goals, not the goal itself

A pump means shit for strength and muscle growth

Felt good a few years back. I'm a slightly fat cardio bunny now tho.

I do enjoy a runner's high these days.

I’ve gotten into and out of that mindset multiple times over the past 5 years, I’m getting back into it currently
