Many years ago, I wanted to get into construction. The pay is good and there is a lot of opportunity for growth. Some places straight told me they only hire hispanics. You aren't a ****** don't apply. Some places will tell you the ****** don't want to work with anything but other ****** and get upset if they hire a white person. Mexicans and other ****** have been working to take over that market.

Just take away welfare for able bodied people, and stop allowing parents to write their adult children as dependents or include them on their health insurance and other benefits. Stop giving student loans to retards that aren't college material.

I work in a shop and it's so damn hard to find people now. Yet I see people all of the time that never work and yet somehow they make ends meet.

Depends what your doing. Construction is such a broad term. Pouring concrete and doing roofing hell nah. Being a carpenter or running the machines yah it’s worth it. Operators make good money to sit in a tractor

Thats because the entire industry has been saturated with foreign labor.

It becomes a self fulfilling prophecy.

Every guy I know who got in before that and is in their 60s had a very solid middle class life with a stay at home wife and a summer camp.
