I started feeling that way due to a low phase in life last year and until this year. I was recovering from a facial injury which honestly took over a year so I didn't go out and my confidence was shot thinking I couldn't experience the same success I used to have with women, I was also in between jobs for 8 months so I didn't go out, and I hit age 40 so started feeling like I was running out of time. All hit me at once. Starting to feel much better lately but there are still some goals I'd like to achieve to feel like I "made it"
