Giving out reputation is temporarily paused

Hi

I have temporarily paused the ability to give reputation. I am investigating a bug that appears to allow sending multiple reps/negs. The bug was likely introduced in the v1.5 released yesterday. Any incorrect reputation given or received will be reverted.
