start day out with 200mg preworkout (evogen) and rarely during work day i'll have a cup of coffee. If I got to a client lunch i typically get a cappuccino with my meal, maybe twice a month. If had an exhausting day, i'll have a coffee with dinner.

Also start day with bunch of OTC supps, like NAC, NAD, L-Car, multi, Nician
