Be real, no one is prosecuting off of this
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

You ever deal with a crazy bitch?

Bru, they will admit to it. They will try to fight the cops for trying to stop them lol. Crazy bitches tell on themselves.

Crazy bitches think what they are doing is okay.

This the kind of shit you have to deal with when you have a big dick.

Just like so many people in this thread think it isn’t a thing, they don’t think it is a thing.

It is absolutely a thing.

Dude it's the worst, tripping over it daily, life is hard

and about the girls, they might admit to it sure, but technically you can't record a person without their consent, so unless she admits to it to a police officer like you said, you have nothing. I'd be shocked if it worked out in a way where she admitted to it.

Also you sure it's actually illegal? How so?

lol, people actually think you can’t record them without their consent.

You can in most situations without their consent. In the other situations, you just have to inform them you are and then you can. Crazy bitches won’t stop being crazy if you inform them of legal intent lol.

The Stored Communications Act (SCA) is a U.S. federal law, enacted in 1986 as Title II of the Electronic Communications Privacy Act (ECPA), that governs the privacy and disclosure of electronic communications and records stored by third-party service providers. [1, 2]The SCA sets the legal framework for privacy and law enforcement access to digital information, focusing on the following key aspects

1. Core Prohibitions Unauthorized Access:

****It is illegal to intentionally access a facility through which an electronic communication service is provided (or exceed authorized access) to obtain, alter, or prevent authorized access to a stored communication.****

Unlawful Disclosure: Providers of electronic communication services (e.g., ISPs, email hosts) or remote computing services (e.g., cloud storage) are prohibited from voluntarily sharing the contents of stored communications and specific customer records with unauthorized individuals or entities. [1, 2]

Additionally there is a legal expectation to have privacy in your electronic devices so you can bring civil litigation against people for violating this privacy for damages as simple as emotional stress.

oh shit. kind of cool info to know.

Hypothetically, what could you charge for? Like, someone did it to you, you take them to civil court for what?

When I take legal action against an entity, I pursue every viable course of action that exists.

You can sue them in district court for civil claims (or go through a justice of the peace for small claims under 5K worth of compensation), you can pursue criminal charges through your local magistrate. In this situation, I wouldn’t call the cops. They are as ignorant and useless as the misc when it comes to legal understanding. I would just take the evidence to the magistrate and have a warrant put out for their arrest.

To be a little fuck face, I would notify of them my intention to take this action. If a civil lawsuit is warranted, in that notification I would include a reasonable list of legal demands that if adhered to, would result in me dropping the civil case. Criminal charges would keep going though.

You CANNOT do something like threaten criminal charges if they don’t pay a demand for your civil charges though. You have to be very clear, that is not one of your legal demands. If you choose to pursue criminal charges, that has to be independent of any civil agreement.

“Blackmail” is legal, in fact it is a primary cornerstone of our legal system, but you have to do it correctly.

I’m extremely fair in communicating an enforcing my boundaries.

I literally do it just like this.

I explain exactly what I will do if the behavior continues.

I would remind you not to go through it. Then let you make the decision.

That approach solidifies my stance when it comes to legal action. It is effective.

Some people take it as challenge or some type of game though. I do kind of anticipate that and it becomes fun lol

Op is right. Accessing someone's private data without consent is a crime. Look it up. Plenty of case law for support this. Don't ever be fucking stupid enough to use it as 'evidence' to support accusations you make against someone. It'd be like putting your head against a wall, and punching your face so that the wall can feel a vibration.

Good point at never admitting it.

That idea didn’t even cross my mind because I have just never felt compelled to do it.

I was just outlining a way to protect ourselves if someone did it to you, but that is also a great reason to know this information.
