We can't see his face, but my guess is that they're 100% looksmatched as she's no higher than a 6.

I'm guessing he's just putting in too much effort. I would say young guys biggest issue is learning to read the room and wait until a girl shows interest. It's pretty rare that you're going to convert a no to a yes. Find a girl who is a "maybe" and convert her to a yes
