Do you have carbs or something to sip on or eat? I'd feel depleted after around the 90-minute mark. That workout would take forever. (Super Ded fkn Srs)

Didnt say you couldnt, just there is nothing wrong with it. I stopped barbell bench years ago.

I do a lot flat bench and agree it's shite for chest development
