Never had a covid jab, let alone a booster-caught it in early 2020 & survived. Also had read enough books to know the issues with the Pharma companies/medical establishment & goverment, as well as supposedly creating a vaccine type that had always failed for decades prior in less than a year & with vaccines usually taking a decade or so to get to market due to the amount of testing etc needed over a long period.
Don't forget to go get your 29th booster!
And 2nd Haunted Bat injection!!!
But let's not pretend this is Covid, this is a manageable condition-if you take the medicine & alter your lifestyle as instructed & yes often reversible if type 2. Obviously not managing your weight & diet, eating high sugar stuff-especially before tests is not going to be good, they might put people that do on higher doses they don't actually need, seeing results that are skewed.

They are the usual quacks out to get cash from the gullible & desperate.
a good doctor will suggest improving lifestyle factors first, such as diet and exercise. many health conditions can be improved by healthier lifestyle, and prescription drugs are often not necessary.

Sorry to hear about your diagnosis brah. I’m type 1… you get used to it. Even with insulin. What I recommend immediately getting is a CGM (Continuous Glucose Monitor). It sends a blood sugar reading to your phone every 5 minutes that way you dont have to constantly prick your finger. I found out by being admitted to the ER as well. Was pissing blood and constantly thirsty

Here's what you do. Go on a cut, and cut your carbs to less than 150 a day, and less than 30 per meal. Start cardio, at least 30 min a day continuous. That will up your insulin sensitivity and you may not need any meds as long as you keep a low carb diet.
Thing is, you won't feel much until you suddenly lose your eyesight or get a crazy infection and your foot has to be amputated. So get on it now.

I was going to go that route but thought for sure it would get knocked off or bug me . Certainly in 2026 engineers could come up with a non invasive solution for fk sakes . A guy would be rich if he could figure it out srs . Should be built into my Apple Watch or some chit . Or better yet don’t get diabetes to begin with I guess

You CAN reverse it in some cases, so not all hope is lost.
I've been listening to some of these doctors who aren't part of the BigPharma (who just want to diagnose any and everyone with whatever, so they can push infinite meds on you for life)
Yes hes like Derek Jeter, but seems reasonable and rational. Check some other vids of his
https://www.youtube.com/@drsuneeldhand
Here is a different dietary person (not dr) who says how to reverse type 2:
Or his 6 part videos:
Hope is not all lost.

OP u dun goofed hard srs. it's one thing to be a 300 pound bloatlord when you are 30 years old like me. it's way more dangerous to be a bloatlord when you are 60+ years old.
i read an article recently and it said midlife obesity (after age 35) is the most dangerous, and it can lead to things like heart attack, stroke, and even dementia.
once i drop the weight, i will make sure i never get fat again srs.

Going to do a fast tomorrow srs ,plus no more eating out . Gotta watch out for foods that spike your blood sugar ,which kinda sucks as that means no more raises bran and chit for breakfast. Can’t even use brown sugar on porridge for fk sakes ,brutal .
Gotta find some quality bread and go back to making eggs in the mornings

Well got my lowest reading so far in the late evening. I just finished legs and deadlift . I’m going very light cause I’m just trying to get back into it , so it’s like like I’m doing a bunch of heavy lifting , but it’s taking my blood sugar numbers down significantly.
Being in the 4’s is awesome. Any lower than 4.0 is a problem and causes hypoglycaemia
Ok I slept in and your blood sugar always creeps up at night , so the numbers are usually high , like above 7.0 which is no ideal .
Anyways for the first time I got under 7.0 after waking up . I’ve also broke the 250 barrier , and was 247.5 a few days ago . 50 more to go
I’ve also found a chocolate that has no sugar in it and it’s actually not bad a tall. Also the yogurt shop here in town uses Stevia in one of their choices , and it doesn’t affect my blood sugar at all either .
So I’ve found two treats lol , not what to do about alcohol. I’m thinking maybe a 6 pack of coors light once every 6 weeks or so? Dunno for sure though if alcohol may damage the pancreas further? Google search doesn’t look good

What you need is a long acting insulin and a short acting insulin. Long acting to bring your average down, and a short acting for when you're gonna eat.
When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.

I’m hoping to break 200 pounds at some point . Probably optimistic, especially considering my injuries are still fking with me , but I’m trying

I got to benching 60 pound dumbbells last week , which is a 10 pound increase from the previous week . Squats are 110 pounds atm , and I was getting 165-12 last October.
Faurk have I lost a lot of strength.
I’m watching my diet very carefully . Zero bread or anything associated with wheat unfortunately , but I’m improving weight wise .
Just eating green chit and meat , and typically berries for a treat

That bread isn't low carb. It's just whole wheat. The low carb bread has about 1/4th the carbs. I have it for breakfast every day and it doesn't raise my blood sugar.
I don’t always like a big meal in the morning and sometimes would just like a couple pieces of toast

When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.

I haven’t bothered because I didn’t think I’d find a viable bread option
