its why u file as an s-corp after reaching a certain point

but u need to make enough to justify paying an accountant for the quarterly tax returns

like ur bottom line needs to be 100k minimum

just get there first and u can figure out the rest later. my accountant just asked if i wanted it once i got there and i was like yea sure ig then they said ok and they handle it for me, ezpz

Yes, obviously there is some income. However capital gains tax is only 15%, while most wage earners pay 22-24% federal (LMAO at state income tax).

Not until they pull it out.

They never pull it out. They use it as leverage for extremely low interest rate loans.

They also do not own anything. At all. All their property belongs to legal structures like LLC and Trusts.

And individual can write off like a couple hundred things according to tax law. A entity like an LLC can write off over 1,200 things. And they only pay on profit. But of course there is no profit.

If you have any profit, then the company that owns the intellectual property (business emblems, the name, etc), charges that exact amount for the leasing rights. This company would be located somewhere outside of the US with more relaxed tax laws. Like the Caiman Islands.

Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton both have business’s with the same address in Delaware. It is a company that lets you use them as your address for the states favorable tax system. That building has thousands of business’ that have it listed as their address but no business is done there.


There are so many different ways to avoid taxes. But it only works if you already actually have capital. Otherwise it doesn’t make sense.

The system is literally rigged this way. The rules are completely made up.

The tax payer is a tool for the wealthy elite and nothing more.
