You wake up in Kormo's body. Can you turn things around?
You must complete the following milestones or you will never return to your original body:
Within 1 year: Be completely off welfare and living independently from family
Within 3 years: Have a BMI in the healthy range, or be less than 15% BF
Within 5 years: Have a job making over $100,000 per year (USD), not inflation adjusted, and a wife who is 5/10 or better with a normal personality.

I have to lose 5 years of living in my body to complete these nonsense milestones?
Also I think milestone 5 years is unfair. A 5/10 is tough to snag for someone that ugly, even with lower BMI and financial situation fixed, and you not only expect him to snag one but date long enough to propose and marry one while trying to correct all of these other problems in 5 years.
Very unrealistic milestone and all of you would fail that last one for sure

"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

This is tough, because he has had multiple organ failures. That's gonna hinder quality of life a lot. Plus he's in his mid 40s. The butthole troll is like 24.
When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.
