very good answer to my question my favourite so far
thank u for sharing and talking so candidly about ur life a lot of young men here should listen however we all know that if there is one thing young men don't it's listen
as u say regrets implies change and i would 100% take the risk of causing some other things further down the line and change stuff
i accept i would become another person if i did
and that is the hardest thing to admit srs

Wow,
That was such a great session, Drew. Thanks for the answers btw. Would be a privilege to call you a friend tbh (no homer.) A teacher is the highest in terms of respect from my view. Always thought I could talk to and inspire some younger ppl ( and ones my age) to do better, and that feels great tbh. So wouldn't mind being a bit of a mentor rather than a teacher I guess.
I love that you have a good father - son relationship. I have had a pretty good one, given that my dad got kicked out when was 5. We've been buddies pretty much, but it's hard now when he's 90 with some alzheimers. One day at the time - helped him get a bunch of new flowers as know he always liked having a garden.

Hey man sorry about any comments re your education and career on the old misc.
Didn’t mean it. Think you’re a great guy and your lifestyle/mentality is something I aspire to.

We have some similarities in our life experience except I can't find a decent woman. I either bang whores or get played

I just finished watching. Life or death bothers me every day, particularly when I think about my parents.
One thing I can speak on is that I've had alcohol use disorder since I was in hs. It's something I enjoyed then and still enjoy to this day. Sometimes you get a student that this is what happens and it's simply the life they chose. There was no changing it. I loved my life then and I still do
Edit: on spread

@johnvee73 I forgot to mention it in the video yesterday because I moved on too quickly. I talked about my best lifts in the past, but I glossed over my current best lifts, mostly because don’t seem very impressive.
When I was 338 lb.
Squat 560
Bench 370
Deadlift 570
At 200 lb or less:
Squat 315 x2-3 reps
Bench 225 x5 or so reps
Deadlift 405
So if we were using a bodyweight multiplier, I’m actually a little stronger on squat and bench than I was when I was fat. 🤷🏼
And that’s being 10 years older too. But then again, the old lifts were done in a competition, and these new lifts were done separately on different days when I was just feeling stronger.
