Aging miscers (40+) are your prime years over?

Or do you feel as strong and fit as ever?
I hit 40 and never even achieved proper beard growth and now i'm afraid of my back giving out again. My pubes are turning grey at an alarming rate and middle age spread has ruined my 6 pack.
Feel like it's time to lay down and rot srs.

Not necessarily. Age is just a number. But how do you look, act, dress, feel? If you look young and are fit and positive and fun there is no old. Only when you give up are you old. Money and genetics help though. But the key is to always strive to be a better version of what you were yesterday. And that takes effort.

I'm "younger" than a lot of 36 year olds. People think I'm early 40s.

Turning 38 next month and I'd say I'm at my prime. Haven't aged at all for the most part and still look mid/late 20s.

Leaning out and once I do that, I'm pretty much a 1% dude in the regular world, and in the gym world I bulk for a solid 6-12 months and I'm pretty much a 1% dude there too since every phaggot is on ozempic otherwise me being lean would put me there now

MY prime years were over at 29. My thirties consisted of getting hit by a car, forcing me to leave a 10 year career of personal training and group exercise instruction as I physically could not perform the duties due to permanent injuries. Medical expenses, no job, and the absurd rises in rent, I slept in my car for 6 weeks. All in all my early 40's have been better.

I’m happy things are better for you bro.

Puts things into perspective. I will be more grateful for my own good fortune so far (fingers crossed) as it would be a slap in the face if I wasn’t to someone who has gone through some real shit.

An illegal from Ecuador, who was absolutely hammered, ran a red light, hit me, then took off like the coward he was. They caught him later. Can never walk the same again.

I'm 41 years old, and honestly really enjoying it. The good thing about being a bit older is that you have a lot more freedom. I don't do anything nowadays that I don't want to. I've gotten rid of shitty friendships, and can interact with any age group.

Most people think I'm around 30-32 years old, so I can hang with basically anybody.

My workouts in the gym are as good as they've ever been, with the exception of a knee injury that causes a synovial fluid buildup behind my knee if I do squats, so I basically only do light leg workouts which is perfectly fine with me.

Life is fucking good. Making really good money while still being able to live a young lifestyle is goat. Going to really enjoy the next few years.

In my early 40’s I felt pretty good , could still do chin ups lol . My very best year was when I was 25 , and it all went downhill from there.
I was 48 when my tendonitis (tennis elbow) hit in my right arm , and it’s been fked ever since .
Now that I’m 65 I’m holding in there barely because of stupidity, but I’m trying to bounce back . Gotta lose another 50 pounds no matter what , and seeing as I have diabetes as of my Bday , it’s more essential than ever srs

I think it does help that you keep a balance by eating Domino's or other fast food every now and then (srs). These things are considered bad but the majority of them rarely just eat that. They have it like everyday because it is so addictive. Partaking in it every once in awhile probably keep you sane and allows you to eat healthy and make better choices the other 90% of the time. (by better choices, I am not referring to the snorting coke)

Yeah, I drink 1 day per week on Friday, and no drinks otherwise. It's necessary, or else I go crazy without having any type of social life.

I don't really do a lot of coke, although I enjoy it. I actually did it the last two weekends, but will probably go many months before I do it again.
