Store employees are not trained for physical conflict.

They attacked the robbers once they realized the gun was fake.

If they got hurt they could have sued the fuck out of the store.

They make themselves a liability to the store.

We see this again and again.

Why anyone would protect a stores profit for a store that doesn’t give a fuck about them is wild.
