Yuca and Pork Steak

Super easy to make too.

Right, my wife is pregnant, everything must be well cooked, not only for safety, but also she can't tolerate anything not very well cooked, it makes her nauseous. And to be fair it wasn't too dry, it's a very fatty cut of meat, which is good to cook to a high internal temp.

Not salty at all. I always cook things with less salt and then add to taste afterwards. I love pork.

It's 8oz of yuca, and 11oz of cooked pork. Which comes in at about 1300 cals. Johvee is such a fat ass, that he thinks that's a small portion.
