If you are serious about it hire an architect to draw all the necessary construction documents. Also get a detailed bill of qusnities so you have an accurate list of everything you will need. Otherwisw you would be just gessing with no idea lf how much its going to really cost in the end. Realisticaly you cant build a house on your own tho.
