lol right now im a key holder, make a good base and nice bonus, but there's a lot to do, the manager is leaving for school for hvac, the assistant manager is on the younger side, im a full timer + two part time students + new hire lol

Must haves:
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work 1-8 pm, Monday to Friday
- Excellent communicator and able to build rapport and connect with our customers
- Self-starter who takes initiative and prides themself on a job well done
- Enjoys working in a team environment

Nice to have
- Previous customer service, sales, or marketing experience
- Personal vehicle (an asset, but not required)

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that maximize acquisition for our partners
- Connect with a high volume of prospective customers each day
- Answer customer questions with patience, care, and empathy
- Assist in customer data collection and creating accurate customer profiles
- Other basic administrative tasks

Dang, that's a long time srs. You probably know a lot about electric. The trades are full of assholes who always try to psych you out. It's infuriating

But to put a positive spin on it, fk em lol
