Disqualifying heart condition.

What sort of heart condition? Sounds progressive, valve prolapse/regurg?. The military would of weeded that out for flying for sure but must have been good back then Or met criteria

I actually got the boot because of it.

I have spoken with the FAA about flying as a civilian, and it is possible but it is a lot of work and I probably would not be able to fly commercially. It would be private only. I haven’t really taken the steps required to make that happen.

did they just kick u out of flying or you couldnt do ground combat either anymore? the regs are much less restrictive for non flying personel, but im sure u knew that already.

not here it aint. under 20% regurg and you'll typically be accepted here if you have no symptoms

edit: just looked up us standard, seems to be the same. you can still qualify with mild regurgatation

Yeah I do the same thing with my entire liver. Doctors say if I donate it in full I will die, but I pretend and carry the moral superiority I've donated it in full and saved a person's life. Feels good man.
