No specific questions but I just wanted to let you know I picked up some bands and a couple of light dumbells to do some workouts. Also getting into chair yoga to keep stretched while I recover.

Does it ever depress you we'll never have magazine physique level aesthetics no matter how much time we spend dieting and training? Depresses me like every day. I've likely seen my best or at least seen enough of myself to know my best isn't ever going to be that elite level no matter what I do and that sucks

I'm going bold. Do you intentionally do anything for hip rotation or supraspinatus training?

I'm hoping that after my SLAP repair a clue years ago, the only thing I need to get my shoulder back on track is some supraspinatus tlc (buncha things point to it) and also that my sciatica hip issues also stem from some rotational weaknesses.

Real close to healed with both, and these two ideas I have going seem pretty promising, but I'm not super confident about them/how to treat them.
