Vaguely aware of it. I know what a clam is. Looks to be a sort of clam soup.

almost on hour 24 of fast. never intended but happened that way. going to eat shortly. i feel zero hunger though, and good energy levels, were consistent throughout day cutting in heat as well.

plan on eating 450g ground turkey, 2 cans oysters, and some tery yaki chicken on top of white rice( dont know the calories but cant be over 500), and apple/bananners

I hear they make 'chowders' from these 'clams'. They call them 'clam chowders' and eat them.

Down another lb today. Think a lot of that is water weight though. Going to eat moderately today as a refeed day, but not go over my TDEE.

not much to report. i ate more as planned today. all clean foods and still under TDEE but close. 2 cans oysters, 450g? of salmon, can of clam chowder, 500ml choc milk, some paneer butter chicken(white rice with chicken and paneer butter sauce essentially) and banana. never exercised today, i had to be around the house for deliveries tdy so i just sat around mostly.

all drinks i consume other than milk are 0 cal. the redbulls, gatorade, sodas, all diet, if i even have any, usually water. i also cut my milk intake way down, most days prior i could drink 2L a day which is not good, so 500ml is all I will drink per day now. I do that by only buying a small 500ml carton at a time. cause milk is one thing i could cave in on if it's there. a couple sips turns into me slamming it back like water in a desert

for awhile until the cut is over. drinking has way too many calories and i need a break anyway. but i dont plan on stopping indefinitly. but i do want to practice more resposible drinking when i do come back, say 6 drinks tops and only once a week tops. with the exception of xmas

That's what I tried to do. The problem with "responsible" drinking is you feel decent enough the next day to do it again. And again and again

we will see how it goes. ive noticed a huge improvment in mood/energy since my shift in food/diet. like yesterday i wasnt high or drunk at all but just felt really euphoric out of nowhere. its been nice not having sensative nipples after drinking too

I was going to take a month off and then drink again but I feel too good all the time now and sleep really well so I'm gonna keep going.

I get the weird nipple feeling sometimes too. Must be from alcohol raising estrogen or some shit.
