Going to try my new squat bar for the first time today . Probably going to be doing rookie numbers as usual though


It’s that weird looking one at the bottom of the rack . Not a huge fan of them , but my arms are too fking short and I keep spraining my left hand with a conventional bar , so here goes

I have one made by Titan Fitness. If I’m squatting with a barbell at this point in my life, that’s the one I use.
