Why do people think having muscles and going to the gym is healthy?

All the old meatheads look old as fuck, and can barely walk without breathing heavily. All of them have health isssuees as well.

So tell me more how the gym is in any way shape healthy.

If the gym were healthy everyone who goes to the gym would look youthful, have zero health issuesz and would live the longest. Thats not the case.

Everything stems from your diet.
-germ theory is 100% fake
-raw meat , raw eggs , raw butter, raw milk everyday crew
-no alcohol crew
-moisturize with butter and wash face with milk crew

i agree that being muscular is not correlated with being healthy. the average skinnyfat person who runs on a treadmill is probably a lot healthier than the jacked guy who takes hormones.

but how old you look has very little to do with health. that is mostly a genetic thing.

Having some muscle and working out is healthy. It's not just for aesthetics. Muscle directly offsets conditions that come with obesity. Old people get hurt because they don't have enough fast twitch muscle to get into protective positions quickly enough when they trip for instance.

As for old meatheads looking old as fuck and breathing heavily from walking, it's because they've been on juice for years. You can go to the gym without using roids.

There's also plenty of non-gym goers that struggle with basic physical tasks. There's people that can't even walk up the entire length of the escalators at train stations without having to stop which holds everyone up and is how I noticed it.

Who cares? If someone told me you can be muscular but it will make you less healthy I’d still take that deal.

When you're old like me you need it. It's not just for muscle, (which is crucial) but to help with bone loss in menopausal women due to loss of estrogen.

So glad I've lifted all these years srs...
