LOL just woke up after sleeping for 19 hours

No reason for it, just because

Woke up once in the middle of it and wasn't tired or anything

Got a quick snack and went right back to bed again

Almost an entire day literally disappeared that I didn't participate in at all

You can do this stuff when you're a forever single middle aged guy with no ambition, agenda, responsibilities, or obligations to anyone else

Fuck yeah man.

This is what cave man days were like.

Because the population didn’t have to buy billionaires yachts, and underground bunkers.

May I ask what impact this had on smugness?

It's a mind over matter thing
You have to overcome the physicality of not being able to do it
When your body tells you that's enough and to get up
That's when your smugness swoops in and says nope
It can be achieved if you have stopped caring about what society has deemed you need to care about such as success, motivation, achievement and for which you are shamed for not abiding with
You literally erase an entire day off your existence and any productivity society wanted to extract out of you and there's nothing anyone can do about it

I thought smugness to you meant parking in veteran or expecting mothers spots?

im essentially retired so there's not much pressure to be up by a certain time...most people know I'm not waking up or answering calls until around 1pm at the earliest. with the pressure off to be up or go to bed by a certain time i just stay up until i pass out...and stay asleep 7-9 hours....maybe an hour after that just checking stuff on the phone before I actually stand up. i pass out by 6-6:30am at the latest.
