My top 5 tips on buying a home worth 1 million dollars.

Hey boyos just bought a million dollar home in Hawaii and I thought I'd share tips on how you can set yourself up to buy a home valued at around 1 million dollars.

1. Work hard. Be willing to work extra shits/OT. You can never have too much income.

2. Shop around - different lenders offer different interest rates.

3. Make sure you have extra money saved up. Your down payment isn't your final number. Closing costs are brutal, at least have a spare 15k laying around just to cover the closing costs!

4. Build your credit. If you have poor credit, apply for credit cards, set on autopsy, and don't spend more than you have!!!

5. Make sure you don't have any other loans, if you do, pay them off!! Having more debt could seriously affect your chances of getting that loan.

There is no bragging overspending and getting less of a home. It’s just money mismanagement. It’s like paying $100k for a Toyota Corolla when you could get a Jaguar F-Type or something

I’ve had nights where I’ve accidentally forgot to lock my front door and/or close the garage door (which leads to an unlocked door)

mine is 650 square feet. 430k. 6.125% interest rate. 2700/month payments. Did I fuck up?

My patio view is another condo with 6-7 b3@n3rs in a 2 bedroom.

It's not a government program, the grass is fine it's just the seller who forgot to set the sprinkler system to everyday. It's in a beautiful upper class neighborhood as well.
