I only eat meat, not bones and gristle

Consumers got scammed into thinking the poverty cuts were good by marketing. Just like what happened with lobster and other sea vermin

1. Wizard! she was an HBB. a little too young looking for my taste tho. she probably thought i was throwing a 4th of July cookout party.
2. don't sleep on Aldi! i'm saving thousands per year on steaks and protein bars!
3. @allfather - please change title from "Guy" to "G0y".
4. air fryer. preheat to 400 then 7 minutes at 400 for RARE like a true high test man eats steak. Season before cooking with fresh ground pink Himalayan salt and fresh cracked black pepper only. no sauces. served with russet potato, sweet potato, and asparagus.
5. grass-fed. pic for the haters and know-nothings -

Typical poor thought process. Imagine thinking this purchase is for a once per year event, when in reality it is just preparation for another week.

Btw, 4 self butchered venison steaks in the fridge waiting for the grill after my push session.

So you're officially Team Aldi instead of team Publix now? It's probably a good move, I'd assume Aldi is probably getting their steaks somewhere internationally, when public and all of them get theirs locally.

$13.99/pound and grass fed vs. $21.49/pound and corn fed. do the math on .75 pounds/day x 365 days. i'm no fool. and Publix keeps going HIGHER! ENOUGH!

and protein bars are $1.25 each vs. $2.79 each. 2/day X 365 days.

i'm savings THOUSANDS. i'd rather send this savings money to Vanguard than Publix. and when it goes to Vanguard the money makes babies and those babies make babies and so on. income in perpetuity.

Ok cool.

What's Norton fed?

I mean i'm already going to blow out of the water his bench PR of 269 paused this week, by over 201 LBS.. So it really doesn't matter.. But I really wanted to rub it in and go for a full 231 LBS over his current bench.

Today I'm eating chicken thighs with sweet potato, asparagus, carrots, bell pepper and red onion for lunch.
Dinner will be a fish fry with some ceviche as well from yesterdays snapper slapper of a day on the water free diving.

My cashier at Publix was a middle aged autistic man who handed me a hand drawn image of a hand on a little piece of paper when he asked me if I wanted a hand with my groceries. This is the 34th time this has happened as I live 5 mins away and he is too autistic for any other job. I got off easy though, because usually he does a whole 5 minute routine with a joke for each item you buy. Fucker is actually clever with it, which makes it worse.

It's like you pick the worst marbling on purpose.
When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.
