How do miscers deal with getting Sick?

I got vitamin D. Im gonna eat a ton of veg while i can. And beef.

zinc, echinacea, and vitamin c.

Super doses of all of them multiple times a day. Start the regiment the second your nasal passages start drying out.

Consume hot sauce to break up mucus.

Much more rest than normal but short periods of light physical activity and going outside is important for recovery as well.


I don’t really get sick anymore though. There are a limited number of cold viruses and illnesses and I either built up a natural immunity through exposure during my travels, or received artificial immunity through the insane vaccine regiment you receive in the military.

6. Bayer Aspirin - 2 Tablets as Needed

I haven't been sick a day in my adult life srs, that being said I attribute that to eating healthy, lifting heavy, getting plenty of sleep and sun and not licking door knobs

It’s more likely you have licked so many doorknobs you just got exposed to all the viruses and have developed immunity for them.

Went to Thailand in 2017 for a training camp, Tokyo in '22, Amsterdam in '23, NYC in '24 and Paris in '25

I'll add doorknob licking to my routine, ounce of prevention

I haven’t been sick since July 4th last year and it was just minor cold (sniffles for a day or two).

I lift, drink water, take a multi with zinc and vitamin D, try to prioritize sleep and don’t drink alcohol at all.

If I ever feel a cold coming on, I will take immunity supps and probiotics. I successfully killed 2 of them before they even started last winter srs.
