The good news is this administration has basically started litigation for every immigration concept possible in the last year in a majority of the decisions have been positive for the administration with more big ones coming in the next year indicate it will be positive based on wording in injunction stays and such.

Presenting solutions isn’t usually in the SC’s wheelhouse. They’re all about deferring to the other branches to figure it out.
